  • Longing to get in touch with your inner world

  • In the midst of a difficult experience - divorce, career change, or kids getting older

  • Balancing work/career and family life

  • Not sure that the life you’re living is really what you want

  • Feeling like there’s something missing

  • Desire to explore experiences in your past

  • Longing to change certain patterns in your life

  • Problems in your marriage or relationships

  • A curiosity about future possibilities

  • Numbing behaviors - drinking too much, buying to fill a void, or escapism

  • Recognizing that joy is fleeting lately

How we help

Your therapist will approach therapy in a collaborative, conversational way to help you get in touch with your true feelings and desires. At times, your counselor may challenge you to think about things in a different way or encourage you to consider things you may not have before.

In therapy, your counselor will create a safe place where you can explore openly and honestly. They will support you in working through the difficult things that often come up in therapy and act as an encouraging guide along the way.
