Hannah Eubank, MA, LPC, LMFT

Licensure: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Session Format: Virtual/Teletherapy

Passions and Specialties: Couples who love each other but struggle to communicate effectively, parents of young children, young women struggling with identity work, women in life transitions, and individuals who struggle with perfectionism

Therapeutic Approach: My clients typically experience me as genuine, personable, and down-to-earth. In counseling sessions, I seek to understand clients’ unique experiences and emotions to help clients gain greater insight into their own patterns and behaviors. With couples, I help clients look at the health of their relationship as a whole and then use techniques and exercises to facilitate communication that allows for the expression of feelings and needs, creating interconnection and change in the relationship. I have advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I rely on attachment and relational models in my work with both couples and individuals. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can explore, understand, and implement changes that bring greater clarity and connection to their lives.
