You can contact our therapists by clicking the button below and filling out the form, or you can give one of us a call. If you call, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you for a free 15-minute consultation. You will receive a call back as soon as possible.
The phone consultation will be a time for us to get to know each other a little bit. This is our opportunity figure out if we are a good fit for one another and for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.
We’ll talk about why you made the important first step to contact us, any previous experience you may have with therapy or spiritual direction, what type of service best suits your needs, and our rates and your budget.
Make an Appointment
If it feels right, we can go ahead and schedule an appointment over the phone. We will find a convenient time that works with your schedule and get you on track toward therapeutic change and being a better you.
Once your appointment is scheduled, we'll give you instructions for filling out the necessary paperwork. By having this paperwork done ahead of time, we’ll have more time to get to know each other and talk about the things you’re actually there to talk about in your first therapy session.

Don’t forget to complete your paperwork before session. If you do forget, no worries. We’ll have copies for you to fill out when you get there.

Once you arrive, make yourself comfortable in our waiting room, and your therapist or spiritual director will come get you when ready. Help yourself to complimentary tea or water while you wait, take a few deep breaths, and be proud that you’ve made the first step toward growth.
The first session is really a time for us to get to know each other and discuss your hopes and needs. We'll talk about what is happening in your life in whatever way you feel comfortable and about the direction you’d like to go. All you need to do is just be yourself.
