Hannah Eubank

Hannah Eubank, MA, NCC, LMFT Associate, LPC Intern

Supervised by Tammy Fisher, LPC-S, LMFT-S

I work with individuals and couples who want to feel understood and wish they could get in touch with their best selves in order to experience a more fulfilling life with stronger relationships. If this sounds like you, you may be worried you are not meeting certain expectations, feeling a sense of stuckness, or holding yourself back because of painful feelings or fear.

I support you by being an empathetic, attentive listener, and I gently motivate you to think about and approach things in new ways so that you can grow and experience the world more fully. I know from helping others that small changes can often lead to major improvements. I believe that genuine relationships, with yourself and with others, can truly enhance your life.

The first small step toward making a change is making contact with someone that can help. My hope is that you will reach out to me via email or by phone so that we can find out if we are the right fit for one another.

I help people who think they should be happy all the time but are worn out from carrying around hurt or stress and are afraid to be vulnerable.

I support them by guiding them to grow in self knowledge so they can take the next step towards being the best version of themselves. I know from my own journey that understanding yourself and becoming aware of your own motivations, coping strategies and relationship patterns helps you relate better with others and promotes personal healing.

I believe therapy can be beneficial for anyone who wants to transform their life that's why I hope you take the next step to connect with me. Reach out to me via email or give me a call for a free consultation. Evening and weekend appointments available.

Colleen Winter

Colleen Winter, MA, LPC

Spiritual Director and Counselor

I believe that each person is unique and has the internal capacity to change and grow.  I feel like it is my role, first of all, to be accepting and nonjudgmental, as well as caring and compassionate.

Most seek therapy, myself included, after a major loss or during a time when life feels unmanageable. Sometimes trauma from different types of abuse, neglect, and criticism (from others or ourselves) also motivates us to seek help.  It's often scary to think about.  If not worked through, painful experiences can cloud our perceptions of ourselves and others. It is my hope to provide a safe and nurturing place where healing can happen.

My goal is to help you grow in your relationship with yourself, others, and God. Sometimes this includes working with addictions, codependency issues, loss due to death or divorce, career change, moving, empty nest, motherhood, as well as other life transitions.
