Lauren Little, MA, LMFT Associate
Supervised by Brittany Whallen, LPC-S, LMFT-S
I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. I’m also a compassionate partner in your healing journey, providing a nurturing and safe presence for your growth.
I help people seeking greater intimacy and relational growth, a deeper sense of self, and a meaningful connection to the world around them. Whether you’re a post-college twenty-something figuring out next steps, new parents adjusting to major life changes, a seasoned couple wanting to grow in communication and intimacy, or an engaged couple preparing for marriage, I'm here to create a supportive environment where you can find clarity and healing.
You may come to therapy feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, burdened by grief, anxiety, or lingering feelings of inadequacy. My role is to support you in exploring what brings you here and to walk alongside you as you discover new possibilities for healing and growth. I believe you are the expert on your life, and together, we’ll foster self-discovery, self-acceptance, and relational flourishing.
With years of experience as a pediatric nurse and my clinical training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory, I know that having a safe and nurturing presence can be a catalyst for your healing journey. That’s why I believe in the transformative potential of therapy. My goal is to create a healing environment that nurtures the growth of meaningful connections, contributing to a more balanced, supportive community around you.
I consider it a deep privilege to explore the challenges and pain you may be facing in life. If you’d like to work with me and feel we would be a good fit, please reach out below.
