Welcome to the Austin Relational Wellness blog. We're a couples and individual therapy practice in Austin, Texas, and this space is where we share what we've learned about relationships, mental health, and the work of therapy itself.

What We Write About

Our focus is relationships—how they work, what gets in the way, and how to repair them when things go sideways. You'll find posts on communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, and the everyday habits that keep couples connected. We draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, and we'll often break down what these approaches look like in practice.

Individual Growth and Healing

We also write about individual growth, especially as it relates to how you show up in relationships. Topics like attachment styles, healing from past experiences, managing anxiety and depression, and building a better relationship with yourself show up regularly here.
