Kate Osis, MA, LPC Associate

Supervised by Sarah Walters, LPC-S

Hi, I’m Kate! I’m a therapist passionate about helping couples and individuals experience more connection and freedom in their lives and relationships. I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves or from others to find deeper understanding, healing, and new ways of relating.

My approach in session is warm, genuine, and deeply collaborative. My goal is to create space for you to explore what’s feeling challenging, build insight and connection, and move toward growth and stronger relationships.

You might be feeling distant from your partner, stuck in the same arguments, or unsure how to reconnect. As an emotionally-focused couples therapist, I’ll work with you to understand the painful patterns that make you feel stuck and distant from your partner. We’ll slow things down and work together to build new patterns of trust, closeness, and connection.

If you’re seeking individual therapy, we’ll explore the way you see yourself, others, and the world, and how past experiences have shaped your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and motivations. Whether you’re facing people-pleasing, perfectionism, identity or self-esteem struggles , big life transitions, or religious or spiritual trauma, my hope is for you to feel empowered to move toward deeper clarity and wholeness.

Beginning a therapy relationship can feel like a big step, but I believe healing is possible. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients and to be a part of their journey. If you feel like we would be a good fit, I would love to connect with you!
