Riley Weeden, MA, LPC Associate
Supervised by Jenny Harris, LMFT-S, LPC-S
Hi, I’m Riley. I’m a therapist who enjoys working with couples and individuals seeking deeper connection, presence, and authenticity in their lives and relationships. In therapy, I act as a guide, offering insight from current relational research and evidence-based approaches, while centering your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
I work with people who long to feel truly seen and heard in their relationships but feel stuck due to fear, anxiety, trauma, or patterns of miscommunication. My goal is to help you identify and express your needs and emotions with confidence, so you can move toward more open, fulfilling, and authentic relationships.
Many clients come to therapy feeling like they carry the emotional weight of their relationships. They often feel stuck in their conflict patterns or believe that a fulfilling and vulnerable relationship is out of reach. Using an integrative approach informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, we’ll combine practical skills with deeper emotional work to build clarity, consistency, and connection. Together, we’ll determine what support looks like for you and how to move toward the relationships you want.
In individual therapy, I offer a collaborative space for learning, exploration, and growth. If you identify with patterns of perfectionism, self-sacrifice, “pushing through,” family-of-origin challenges, or low self-worth, we may be a good fit. Many clients find that releasing these patterns allows them to step into a more empowered sense of self and greater ease and intention in relationships.
I believe that vulnerability, authenticity, and emotional safety are the foundation of lasting, healthy relationships. With commitment and care, meaningful change is possible. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d be honored to take that step with you.
